The combination of bionics and biomedicine provides a great opportunity for biomedical technology research. Synthesis of multifunctional biomimetic nanomaterials with disease diagnosis, drug delivery and target targeting will effectively solve the problems of targeted transportation, biocompatibility and toxic side effects of traditional diagnostic and therapeutic drugs, and will bring great changes to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.Them on the basis of body protein unique natural iron shell nuclear structure, biomimetic polymers synthesized 24 ferritin nanoparticles, it is made of magnetic iron oxide nanometer kernel and ferritin shell in two parts of bifunctional nanometer corpuscles, protein shell to specific identification of tumor cells, iron oxide nanoparticles kernel to tumor chromogenic catalytic oxidation of substrates that distinguish between normal cells and tumor cells. The biomimetic nanoparticles can realize tumor recognition and visualization in one step, shorten the clinical cancer diagnosis from 4 hours to 1 hour, and greatly improve the efficiency of clinicopathological diagnosis. By cooperating with clinicians, more than 1200 patient specimens were detected, and the sensitivity and specificity were verified to be 95% and 97%, which were consistent with the current gold standard immunohistochemical method for clinical diagnosis, reflecting the clinical value of the bionic nano-ferritin prepared for tumor diagnosis. Based on the established tumor nanoprobe, we extended the idea of replacing the iron core with chemotherapy drugs. Using the principle of protein shell recognition of tumor, chemotherapy drugs were accurately delivered to the tumor site, and the drug concentration in tumor cells was increased tenfold. The results not only improve efficacy, but more importantly, reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs that are not as good as they are bad. This study uses natural nanoparticles in human body as drug delivery carrier, which provides a new idea for the research and development of medical nanomaterials in vivo.
