The multifunctional imaging/drug delivery system, which carries both the developing probe and the drug component, aims to personalize treatment to individual patients and is able to monitor efficacy. The main significance of imaging function of nanocarriers is to dynamically observe the targeted delivery effect of drug carriers in the body and the distribution of main organs in the body, so as to improve the design of drug carriers, optimize the delivery effect of drugs, and finally improve the efficacy. Our research group has carried out some exploratory basic research work in this field, which is mainly reflected in the preparation of a series of nano-probes integrating tumor imaging and therapy(Adv Mater 2015;Nat Commun 2016;Sci Adv 2016;Angew Chem 2017)and bionic nano drug delivery carriers(PNAS 2015;ACS Nano 2016;Adv Mater 2018;JACS 2018).This presentation will focus on the research progress in the design and construction of multi-functional biomimetic nanoprobes and their applications in biomedical fields.
