Yanli Wang, researcher and doctoral supervisor. She is currently the director of Shanghai University's Tumor Precision Targeting Research Center, the head of the intelligent medicine discipline of Shanghai University, the director of the China Medical Imaging AI Industry-University-Research Innovation Alliance, and the member of the China Non-public Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Committee. The main research directions are: the application of nano-fluorescent targeted materials in tumor diagnosis; the design of nano-medicine and its application in tumor treatment; the development of tumor marker detection kits; the biological safety of nano-materials. Professor Yanli Wang cooperated with Harvard University in the United States to focus on the design of intelligent targeting nano-fluorescent probes and their application in precise tumor treatment, and developed a carbon-based tumor cell nuclear targeted fluorescent nano-probe, and a new mechanism for cell membrane permeability targeting is proposed, which realizes the high-efficiency and precise identification and targeting of tumor cells at the single-cell level, and increases the tumor targeting rate from less than 5% to more than 50%. Invented a simple, green, and controllable molecular fusion method that can control the growth of single-crystal graphene quantum dots at the molecular level and on an industrial scale, and once again promoted the development of graphene quantum dots to a new stage. Published more than 40 SCI-collected papers in internationally renowned journals such as Advanced Materials, Nature Communications, and 1125 citations, of which the highest single citation is 191, participated in the compilation of 1 monograph, applied for 15 invention patents, and was invited to participate in international conference reports. 20 times. Presided over 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in 2 projects of the National Key Basic Research and Development Plan (973 Program), and presided over a number of projects such as the Municipal Education Commission.
