Minmin Liang, a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is employed in the Key Laboratory of Protein and Peptide Medicine, Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Mainly engaged in the research of nanobiology, from the perspective of interdisciplinary, to study the basic scientific issues of nanobiology and the multiphase process of nanobiological interface. In recent years, important progress has been made in the biomedical application of nanomaterials. It was discovered that human H-subunit ferritin has natural tumor recognition properties, and the tumor recognition mechanism mediated by the receptor TfR1 of ferritin was clarified. Ferritin nanoparticles were prepared in large quantities through genetic engineering and developed based on nano-ferritin. The new technology of pathological diagnosis has completed the screening of more than 1,000 clinical specimens. The research results were published in "Nature Nanotechnology" and were selected as one of the top ten scientific advances in China in 2012. Related technology patents have entered the United States, Europe and Japan, and achieved the transfer of patent achievements, and completed the application for the medical device registration certificate. Utilizing natural human ferritin's tumor targeting, in vivo biocompatibility and high-dose drug loading rate, it realizes the high-efficiency in vivo targeted delivery of anti-cancer drugs, increasing the intratumoral drug concentration by 10 times, and only a single administration It effectively inhibits tumor growth. The results were published in "PNAS". The attention of this article rose to the Top 10 of all PNAS articles within one month, and was quickly reviewed by the American Chemical Society "Chemical Reviews", praising the "three advantages" of the natural nanocarrier. The value of the related invention patent assignment contract amounted to 60 million yuan.
