Banghua Yang,is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation of Shanghai University, a postdoctoral fellow at Hasselt University in Belgium, and a talented person from Shanghai Pujiang. At present, the main research areas are brain wave signal processing, brain-computer interface technology and its rehabilitation applications. As the person in charge, she completed 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of the Pujiang Talents Program of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, 6 military projects, and participated in 2 projects of the national key research and development plan as the sub-project leader. In the past three years, the funding for the project has reached more than 10 million. Supervised 5 doctoral students and nearly 40 master students. Chief editor of 3 textbooks and monographs, of which "Microcomputer Principles and Interface Technology" was awarded the Shanghai Excellent Textbook, "Pattern Recognition Technology and Its Application" was published by Science Press, and she was a member of the Academic Review Committee of "Practical Characteristic Planning Textbook for Colleges and Universities". Standing member of the Intelligent Rehabilitation and Ergonomics Group of the Artificial Intelligence Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, standing member of the Hand Function Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Shanghai Electrophysiology and Rehabilitation Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and editorial board member of "Beijing Biomedical Engineering". Published more than 100 academic papers, including more than 30 SCI searched and more than 40 EI searched. 4 invention patents and 6 utility model patents were approved. Participated in the China Brain-Computer Interface Competition sponsored by the Information Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and undertaken by Tsinghua University. The "robot control" project with the highest technological content won the third place. It is one of the three units co-sponsoring the 2019 World Robotics Competition-BCI Brain-Controlled Robot Competition, and has been invited to give more than 30 conference reports at domestic and international conferences.
